Our mission is to educate the youth across our global community.
With the goal to Uplift "at-risk" Neighborhood Students, so that one day those students can uplift their families and their global communities.
The Project began with Palisia Stallworth organizing a group of students to reverse the inequalities in the education system by starting a tutoring/mentoring initiative at Bruce Monroe Elementary in Washington DC.
Project UNS Goals for 2010:
Partner With OSSE FY 2010 for 21st Century Community Learning Centers at 4 site locations in DC
Leverage our Federal funding with Private dollars to create an unmatched afterschool program within the District.
Team UNS will continue to serve by committing 1000 hours to community service.
Strive to Fund Five Scholarships to "at-risk" youths.
Team UNS will continue to build the morale of disadvantaged youths through mentoring programs and character developing workshops.
Partner with the YouthBuild Public Charter School and assist with thier recent expansion of a new high school on P st. NW opening 2012. Hosting after-school program, working with 30 AmeriCorp representatives and 30 Howard University Students to provide unmatched 1-on-1 GED preperation and ESL programing to students.
Have an additional 3 students at Youthbuild Charter School pass the GED. With post secondary aspirations. In 2009 we were successfull in passing a total of 4 students
Create inroads with many CBO's in DC who share or compliment or mission to provide financial literacy programing and after school support to students acros the board.

Club by participating in the The 50 Million Pound Challenge. The Fifty Pound Challenge is a program designed to promote healthy living through exercise and healthy diets. We are encouraging everyone to visit the web site and join our team: This challenge is free of cost. Join our team and receive Health & Fitness tips, Nutrition Plans, and a detailed chart showcasing your weight loss. We look forward to your participation in this fun, free and rewarding challenge.

The Nations triathlon was completed by our President/Chief Marketing Officer in an amaxing 2:56
Continue toIncrease our Annual Budget by 200% leveraging every penny with Federal, Municipal, and Private contributions
Partnered with the Columbia Heights Community Center in order to create an alliance with the students and organizers of the community, and a location to host programs.
Partnered with Meridian Hill Dorm Council to provide qualified mentors for existing programs.
Partnered with YouthBuild Public Charter School hosting summer ESL and 1-on1 GED preperation sessions. We had 4 students pass GED under our guidance.
Partnered with Young America Works where our President seved as the Director of the 21st Century Community Learning Center and was able to increace participation by 300%, in addition all 21Century Participants all made grade level and had impressive school attendance.
Partnered with the S.M.A.R.T. Program a CBO who is focused on the student athlete and services that help to ensure they are sucessfull in and out of the classroom
Partnered with the Jimmy Garvin 21t Century Legacy Foundation where "education is the key, golf is the carrot"
